Capri Sun

Lusvardi Art presents Capri Sun, with David Kroell (1985, Xanten, Germany) and Marcel Walldorf (1983, Friedberg, Germany).

The exhibition combines spatial explorations, in which the sun is the co-creator of the work, and an Aesopian imagery, including taxidermy, urinals and ambiguous works. In a game of impertinent appropriation, from the theft of the title of the eponymous juice and related clichés that permeate its birth, the Capri of the 60s, a destination for sophisticated German tourism, David Kroell and Marcell Walldorf showcase original concepts which sharpen the perception between humor and amazement.
